 The
Froomsplint® walker attachment turn
almost any walker into a stroke walker that will provide a station
for the hand of a patient with spasticity and help control the walker
and effected hand and arm. Soft cloth covered hook and loop straps
cradle and stabilize the client's wrist and hand comfortably. The Froomsplint® can
either be attached to the walker directly or a quick release attachment
plate for 1" tubing can be used.
This allows the user to transfer from the walker to wheel chair or
to other Froomsplint® devices and equipment or to wear the splint when
resting.
  Quick release mounting brackets allow for simple placement and removal
of the Froomsplint walker attachments.
The Froomsplint® quick
release attachment plate utilizes Velcro so that different splints or
sizes can be used on other devices or for multiple users.
